  • The event at the Bazaleti base will take place from June 18 to 25 (arrival and departure days).
  • Estimated dates for participants from the Czech Republic:
    June 18 – Departure from Prague (8:40 a.m.) to Kutaisi, bus transfer to the base.
    June 25 – Transfer to Tbilisi (city tour, evening together).
    June 26 – Transfer to Kutaisi Airport.
    June 27 – Arrival in Prague (8:05 a.m.).
  • Dates for participants from Slovakia:
    June 17 – Departure from Bratislava (4:40 p.m.) to Kutaisi, bus transfer to Tbilisi.
    June 18 – Bus transfer to the Bazaleti base camp.
    June 25 – Transfer to Tbilisi (city tour, evening together).
    June 26 – Transfer to Kutaisi Airport.
    June 27 – Arrival in Bratislava (12:15 a.m.).
  • Accommodation: At the Bazaleti base in double to quadruple rooms in the main building, after the training camp in Tbilisi one night in a hotel.
  • Base facilities: lecture hall, classrooms, shelters, table tennis, soccer field
  • Approximate price: CZK 10,000–15,000
    The price includes transportation, accommodation, meals, professional and leisure program, and will be determined based on the amount of partner support.
    This is a professional educational event, with the possibility of issuing an invoice or tax receipt for the participation fee.

How to apply?

 
We are looking for 10 brave students from the Czech Republic (ages 15–19) who:
 
  • Have participated at least once in LOS Běstvina, the Chemistry Olympiad, KSICHT, or similar events.
  • Speak English well enough to discuss science without fear.
  • Are eager to share their knowledge and experiences with their peers.

Selection of participants:

The application must include a short motivational video in English (max. 90 seconds) in which the applicant introduces themselves, explains their motivation for participating in the Bazaleti Summer School, and suggests one or two topics they would be willing to present to other participants as part of the program in the form of a lecture, seminar, workshop, game, etc.
